   ZORI is an AI-powered chat interface that assists users with:

   • Supplier discovery based on AI-generated insights.
   • Classification of procurement requests to streamline sourcing.
   • Guided prompt-based RFQ (Request for Quote) generation.

   Limitations of Service

   ZORI does not yet:

   • Verify, endorse, or guarantee supplier reliability, availability, or pricing.
   • Execute transactions, process payments, or manage order fulfillment.
   • Provide legal, financial, or procurement consulting services.

At this time, all users must independently verify supplier details before making business decisions.

1. Eligibility & User Accounts
   • You must be 18 years or older and authorized to act on behalf of a business entity.
   • ZORI is designed for business use only—it is not intended for personal consumer use.
   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.

1. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimers

   ZORI leverages AI (GPT-4o) to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or misinterpretations.

   • ZORI is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
   • Users must review and validate all AI-generated supplier suggestions before proceeding.
   • No warranties, express or implied, are provided regarding the accuracy of AI responses.

   AI responses are informational and should not be treated as legally binding procurement advice.

1. User Responsibilities

   By using ZORI, you agree to:

   • Use ZORI solely for business procurement purposes, or to accelerate any procurement workflow.
   • Verify all supplier information independently before engaging in transactions.
   • Not misuse the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
   • Respect applicable laws and third-party rights when using AI-generated content.

   ZORI is not responsible for procurement errors, financial losses, or supplier disputes.
