Welcome to ZORI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZORI’s platform, including its services, features, and tools such as Exodus Intelligence and other associated functionalities (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using ZORI.
1. Overview of Services
ZORI is a platform designed to automate key business operations and enable seamless payments for global-native SMBs. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Bill Pay and Invoicing: Paying bills to vendors anywhere in the world as tools to create, send, and manage invoices and payments.
- Exodus Intelligence: AI-powered solutions for summarizing emails, invoices, contracts, translations, and more.
Additional features, such as the Exodus Card, card perks and benefits as well as, advanced integrations, may be offered in future updates.
2. Eligibility (Expanded for Compliance)
To access and use ZORI, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Be the owner, head, or an authorized representative of your business, with the authority to make decisions and enter into agreements on behalf of the business.
- Complete the required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This includes submitting accurate and verifiable documents, such as:
- Government-issued identification (e.g., passport, national ID).
- Business registration certificates.
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bills).
- Use the Services for business purposes only, not personal or consumer use.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML): You must not use the Services to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in other unlawful financial activities.
- Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT): The Services cannot be used to facilitate transactions that support terrorism or other illegal activities.
- Data Protection Laws: You must handle data in compliance with regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.
